It was a difficult decision for me as well. I've never deleted anything people have posted on this list before.

For what it's worth I think Michael and Pi are both amazing people and I hope I didn't offend either of you by deleting your posts. I just have to be responsible for what's being created and how it might land for other people. We have a lot of new people coming this year and some of them just don't know who either you or Pi are. Nor do they love you both as much as I do. So, I thought the responsible thing to do would be to control the postings on that particular thread a bit.

What helped me to choose was the commitment I've made to make this party go well this year. I'm sorry if it came off as overly sensitive, but I'm trying to plan a party and don't want any interference with that intention. So, not loosing my sense of humor, I made the whole thing into a little joke. Feel free to banter all you like in the free for all zone Pi created today...and I don't mind if you want to get my ass either.
